The Caritas agency of the Catholic Diocese of Yei (South Sudan) has received support from Caritas Belgium and the Swiss Government to supply vulnerable households in Yei with food aid. In total it wants to buy 105 MT of maize flour and 21 MT of mixed beans:
LOT A: 37 MT of Maize flour and 7 MT of mixed beans

Interested bidders are requested to address their quotation before Monday 21 November 2016 to Father Zackariah Sebit, Vicar-General of Yei Catholic Diocese on firstname.lastname@example.org, with copy to Caritas Belgium email@example.com. Quotations are to be done in USD and will include delivery and offloading in Juba. Full tender documentation can be received from any of the above e-mail addresses. In order to be eligible, bidders must be registered as food commodity traders in Uganda or South Sudan. Both Ugandan and South Sudanese traders are invited to bid, but only traders with a proven up to date experience in delivering food items to Juba will be eligible.
