WAU, 18 Jnauary 2017 [ Gurtong]- While giving out the orders to State traffic police at his office, he said the orders were from the National government as a precautionary measure to limit use of such cars by criminals across the country.
“Security organs, policemen headed by traffic police, the order is given for implementation with effect from now. People started from Juba removing these tint windscreens of vehicles, they are no longer needed and that is why I have requested you the traffic police today to come to my office and give you the orders,” said Acho.
He said that anybody who fails to abide by the order will be dealt with by law. He begun by giving orders to have his tints removed from his car as an example to the rest.
“This is my car as State Governor. I represent the president of the republic here in the State and am the highest person in the State. I need you to begin with my car, take this seals out. From now onwards whether a minister, advisor or whoever you are if found with a sealed car, it must be removed,” said the Governor.
He reiterated that the order must be implemented without fail.
“You have to take action on them now. This is your duty as traffic police. The order is clear.”
